Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) are key focus areas, and integrated into our business operations at every level and verticals, especially since we operate from disparate and sometimes remote locations across the country. The key objective of Geobi’s HSE programme is to empower teams to attain a healthy and safe work place with emphasis on zero injury and environmental protection. ‘Zero Harm’ is the ultimate goal. The achievement of ‘Zero Harm’ is based on our enduring beliefs that injuries can be prevented, and working safely is a condition of employment. These beliefs find practical implementation through: • Employee involvement and ownership • Effective employee training • Leadership commitment and employee engagement • Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001) • Rewards and recognition • Audits GEOBI has a comprehensive occupational, result-oriented HSE system in place whose implementation is mandatory in its operations. The HSE management system is guided by our HSE Policy.
